Q. 1: Are you a manufactory or trade company?

Swodart is a trading company, but we already invest production line in factory, so we can control the production progress. Acctually, a factory or a trading company is not so important.

The most important thing is quality is good, production time is controlled, price is reasonable.

And we will ensure these.

Q. 2: How to order?

We have stock goods, you can order directly via alibaba.com, there is a trade assurance system, it will protect your right.

We supply customized service. You can also use alibaba's trade assurance to order the goods. If you prefer T/T to our our company's account it is also available.

Q. 3: How much for a sample? Can it be refund? How long will the sample reach?

If you only need a current sample for quality checking, it is marked on the page.

If you want to make a sample, there is a deposit around $50-100/design (depends on the design), not including freight cost. It will be refund after you place the order of this design.

sample making time is around 3-7 days, we regularly use express for shipment, it costs $30-50 and takes 5-7 days reach you.

Q. 4: How long is the production time? Can we design our packaging?

Regularly production time is around 25-35 days. If there is an emergency, it maybe little delay. We can also help you to do urgent order, the shortest time is around 7 days.

Yes, you can design your own packaging, we will help you to pack them.

Q. 5: I am an Amazon seller, can you do FBA or dropshipping?

Yes, we are full of experienced in FBA shipment and dropshipping.

Even if you are a starter, we worked with many forwarder, they will help you to import the goods smoothly. Also we will always help you, so don't worry on it.
